G3010 STANDARD | ROUND BALE WRAPPER
This three-point linkage machine without bale pick-up is distinguished by its robust design as well as its low working height and ease of use. Four conveyor belts guarantee uniform wrapping of each and every bale - even if soft and misshapen!
Desing
The low profile as well as the robust and solid construction and workmanship of the wrappers guarantee an exceptionally long lifetime. The conveyor belts and the two rotating bale guide rollers guarantee that the bale will continually move forward and, consequently, ensure a uniform overlap of the film.
Pto drive shaft / electric drive
If requested by the customer, the wrapper can be equipped with a PTO drive shaft or an electric drive (4 kW motor).
Motor
An 8.2 kW gasoline engine including battery, generator and electric starter as well as hydraulic system is available as an option.
Wrapping arm with film stretching unit
The wrapping arm is equipped with a film stretching unit that can accommodate 750 mm rolls of film. The three patented plastic rollers provide for perfectly uniform stretching.
What is more, the rollers are not sensitive to temperature. This helps save film and guarantees firmly wrapped bales. The quick-release system makes it possible to change empty rolls quickly and effortlessly.
Lever
The levers come in particularly handy for maintenance and service operations. All functions can be executed directly at the machine.
